A wave of protest has swept Asia over the last three years, from the Sri Lankan Aragalaya in 2002 and the Bangladeshi July revolution in 2004 to the ongoing anti-monarchist demonstrations in Thailand and the current youth uprisings in Indonesia, Nepal and the Philippines. Last week over 40 young Indonesian visitors attended our review of the events there, and this week we invite you to hear a first-hand report on the recent overthrow of the government there – the latest upheaval in years of unrest, revolution and civil war.
